Shipping
We are now charging a flat rate of $2 for shipping. This is to cover the cost of getting a Shipping Confirmation Note. This is so that both you the customer, and myself are protected should your item go missing in the post.
Products
All items are handmade by myself, and the store has only ready-made items for purchase. Shipping days are Mondays and Thursdays; if you order after noon on Monday, your order will not be shipped until Thursday, so please do allow for that time. Announcements regarding posting time or other delays will be made on the front page, so please do check back when you can.
I cannot stress enough, measure, measure, MEASURE your camera strap so that you get one at the right size. A refund or exchange is not possible once your strap has been delivered to you; if your order is one of my custom orders, so please do take care to get the measurement right, and choose your fabric carefully.
Payment
I accept PayPal and checks. Please note that if you pay by check, it must have cleared before I aend out your order.
Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Please choose your items carefully, as there are no refunds, returns or exchanges given where the problem is one of length, colour or design. If you are not happy with your custom strap cover for some other reason, please let me know so that I can try to fix the problem for you.
